As a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace, each seller manages their own orders, including cancellations, refunds, and returns. This policy outlines the conditions under which buyers and sellers can cancel orders and any applicable fees or restrictions.
Buyers may request order cancellations under the following conditions:
Buyers may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped by the seller.
To cancel, log in to your Abibiman Mall account, go to "My Orders," select the order, and click "Request Cancellation."
If the order has not been processed yet, the seller may approve the cancellation, and a full refund will be issued.
If the order has already been processed but not yet shipped, the seller has the discretion to accept or decline the cancellation request.
If the cancellation is approved, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the seller’s policies and any costs incurred.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Buyers must wait until they receive the item and initiate a return (if applicable) under the Return Policy.
Sellers may cancel an order under the following conditions:
Out of Stock Items: If a product is unavailable or out of stock, the seller may cancel the order and provide a full refund to the buyer.
Pricing or Listing Errors: If an order was placed due to incorrect pricing or a listing error, the seller may cancel and notify the buyer.
Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders: If an order appears to be fraudulent or violates Abibiman Mall’s policies, the seller may cancel it.
Refund Processing for Seller Cancellations:
If a seller cancels an order, the buyer will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
In some cases, Abibiman Mall may cancel an order automatically under the following circumstances:
Payment Failure: If the payment is not successfully processed within the required time frame.
Non-Responsive Seller: If the seller does not confirm or process the order within the specified handling time.
Policy Violations: If an order violates any of Abibiman Mall’s terms and conditions.
If an order is automatically canceled, the buyer will receive a full refund.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as follows:
For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, mobile money, etc.): Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders: No refund is applicable since no payment was made.
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
Certain orders may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
Customized or Personalized Products: Orders for made-to-order or customized items cannot be canceled after processing begins.
Digital Goods & Downloadable Content: Digital products, including eBooks, software, and online services, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered.
Perishable or Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Food, health, and personal care items may not be eligible for cancellation once shipped.
Buyers should check the product page and seller’s cancellation policy before purchasing.
If you wish to cancel an order, follow these steps:
Log in to your Abibiman Mall account.
Navigate to "My Orders" and locate the order you want to cancel.
Click "Request Cancellation."
Wait for the seller to review and approve your request (if applicable).
If approved, the refund will be processed based on the payment method used.
