As a multi-vendor eCommerce marketplace, return policies may vary based on individual sellers. However, this general Return Policy provides guidelines on eligibility, return timeframes, and refund processes.
You may request a return if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The wrong item or incorrect variation (size, color, model) was delivered.
The item is missing parts or accessories listed in the product description.
The item is eligible for a return under the seller’s policy.
You cannot return an item if:
The return window has expired.
The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
The product is ineligible for return (see Section 5: Non-Returnable Items).
The item was purchased on a final sale or clearance discount where returns are not accepted.

Buyers must initiate a return within 7 to 30 days from the delivery date, depending on the seller’s return policy.
For damaged or defective items, returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
If an item has a manufacturer’s warranty, returns may be handled under the warranty policy instead.
To initiate a return:
Log in to your Abibiman Mall account.
Navigate to "My Orders" and select the order you want to return.
Click "Request a Return" and provide a reason for the return.
Upload clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
Submit your request and wait for the seller’s approval.
Note: The seller may require you to return the item before processing a refund or replacement.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to a seller’s error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, defective item), the seller covers the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong order placed), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Return Shipping Methods
Buyers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.
The return shipping address will be provided after the return request is approved.
Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Tip: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details as proof of return.
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, toothbrushes, undergarments).
Food, beverages, and perishable goods.
Customized or personalized products.
Downloadable digital goods (e.g., eBooks, software, gift cards).
Products that have been tampered with, used, or damaged by the buyer.
Final sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect).

How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Depending on the payment method used at checkout, refunds may take:
5-10 business days for credit or debit card payments.
1-3 business days for mobile money transactions.
Immediate refund for store credit (if applicable).
Partial Refunds
If the item is returned damaged or missing parts (not due to the seller’s error), only a partial refund may be issued.
Note: Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used during checkout.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the buyer may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, the buyer will receive a refund.
Buyers must return the original item before the replacement is shipped.
If a seller does not respond to a return request within three business days, buyers can escalate the issue to Abibiman Mall Support.
Abibiman Mall will review the dispute and may provide a resolution, including issuing a refund if the claim is valid.
Tip: Always communicate with the seller first to resolve issues before escalating a dispute.
Abibiman Mall reserves the right to update this Return Policy as needed.
Any major changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
Buyers and sellers are responsible for reviewing updated policies before making purchases.
